Thought of the Day

If your body was a bush in a forest surrounded by other bushes how do you expect to let God's word get to you?  If God's word was leaves falling from the trees above you, it would not come into you by chance. You would have to leave your heart open for it to be settled into you. Just as birds bring the leaves and twigs into the center of a bush to make a nest, a place for truth and good things to grow. God's word needs to have a permanent nest inside of you where it's truth can grow and show other people God's glory through you.
